Nicole helps internalizers (those who tend to take excessive responsibility for things outside their control) heal from the effects of toxic parents & caregivers in a somatic-focused, attachment-based, energy healing-infused container, helping clients to rewire and rewrite a new blueprint for connection and self-worth.
Relational trauma is her area of specialty: wounding and trauma that occurs between humans that can erode our trust and ability to healthily connect. Other traumas, pain, and wounds are very much welcome, too.
Nicole has been in the realm of energy healing and bodywork for over 10 years. In that time, she has studied somatic healing, attachment theory, attuned touch, Reiki 1, 2, and Master level, inner child & teen healing, crystal healing, craniosacral therapy, sound healing, energy, spiritual, and chakra work, massage therapy, tarot and oracle card readings, and more. A foundational step in her sessions is to create a safe-enough environment and relationship with her clients on which the coming sessions can build upon.
